Biografie
Steingrimur Eyfjörd ist 1954 in Reykjavik/ Island geboren.
Er graduierte am Icelandic College of Arts and Crafts in Reykjavik in 1978 und studierte danach weiter an der Ateneum in Helsinki, Finnland (1980) und der Jan Van Eyck Academie in Maastricht, Niederlande (1983).
2007 repräsentierte er Island auf der 52. Biennale di Venezia.
